Technical Related 


Technical issues do come up from time to time and is the nature of the world we live in.

Firstly remain calm, and check out solutions in the Facebook groups (Tip: Search functionin facebook is a great place to start) and if you have no success log onto Zenconnect for one of the technicians to fix. Also a great place to look also is here

Make sure you connect to Wi-Fi and and launch NO3 at least once every 7 days while connected to the Internet for Licensing and NO3 program updates and also Windows updates (especially Tuesday nights).

Tech Support hours are currently from 7 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard American time and can be accessed via PASS by clicking on Technical Support and then Zenconnect.

Tablet feeling “warm” is totally normal – it does not mean it’s overheating.

Line noise doesn’t affect training.  There is an excellent video by Val on line noise in PASS under videos.
